About the Association
The Global Freelance Association was established in June 2024 as a general incorporated association whose members are sole proprietors (freelancers) in Japan.
This association works to promote and develop the social insurance system for self-employed individuals and to promote the welfare of insured persons and their families.

Our mission is to educate and support the global freelance community.
The CEO had a hard time because he had no knowledge of health insurance, pensions, taxes, etc. due to his experience as a freelancer for the past 10 years.
After going through these hardships, we decided to provide assistance to freelancers both domestic and internationally working in Japan.
mission
Many freelancers work as individual business owners on a contract basis. The health insurance and pension they are enrolled in are the National Health Insurance and National Pension, and the monthly payment amount is determined in proportion to the previous year's income. Although there are regional variations, if the previous year's income was 4 million yen, the monthly payment amount is about 45,000 yen.
If you join our organization as a member (director), your health and pension insurance premiums can be reduced to a maximum of 36,000 yen (tax included) per month, resulting in a cost savings of 9,000 yen.

Our association provides an environment for freelancers and sole proprietors to find new business opportunities and grow. Through job matching and networking events, we expand business opportunities and increase the opportunities for freelancers to participate in new projects.
