日本語で報告するときに大切なこと 日本の職場では、仕事の進捗や問題点について、上司やチームメンバーに報告する機会が多くあります。日本語で報告するときは、相手が短時間で状況を理解できるように、簡潔に伝えることが大切です。 まず、最初に結論を伝え、その後で理由や詳しい状況を説明します。例えば、「現在、予定通り進んでいます」「一部、遅れが出ています」のように、最初に現在の状況を伝えます。 また、問題が発生した場合は、問題だけではなく、原因や対応方法、今後の予定まで説明することが重要です。例えば、「〇〇でエラーが発生しています。原因は△△だと考えています。現在修正中で、本日中にテストを行う予定です」のように報告します。 さらに、報告するときは、事実と自分の考えを分けて話すことも大切です。難しい言葉を使う必要はありません。「結論→理由→対応→今後の予定」という順番を意識し、相手に分かりやすく伝えることが、良い報告につながります。
